유도가열롤 , 유도롤 이란 ?
롤 내부에 유도 코일을 감아 교류전류를 흘리면 코일을 관통하는 방향으로
자속이 발생하여 , 측면의 공극을 건너서 바깥부분의 자성체인 히팅 롤 외통 부분을 통하여
이동하면 이 자속을 직각으로 쇄교하는 방향으로 전류가 유기되는데, 이 전류와 외통의 저항에 의하여
히팅롤 외통에 열이 발생한다.
정밀한 온도와 롤 표면의 온도 편차가 작다.

When moved, the current is induced in the direction of the right-angled chain of magnetic flux, which is caused by the resistance of the current and the external cylinder
Heat is generated in the outer tube of the heating roll.
The precise temperature and the temperature deviation of the roll surface are small.
